Cant patch last update

I just cant patch last update, luncher still want to patch the game, but geting error 36, can any1 help me?

    I downloaded the patch and i think it installed it. I restart the launcher it says patching for 10 sec and then it says "ready" i cant go on!!!
    HELP!!!

    I got the patch no problem. Can't get into game at all. Literally unplayable since last patch, no support available. May request refund from months ago if they don't get their **** together.

    why this all "bug reports" even exists? why developers or any1 who is responsible for this thing makeing poo on me? and other who have bugs?
