Hero Of The North problems.

I just bought Hero of the North today and i've been playing, i've gotten a few of the items in game but alot of the stuff in the HotN pack isn't in my inventory or mail. How do I get access to it all?

    Go to the founder pack vendor, just west of Sgt Knox (just past the guy that gives you the first set of peasant clothing)

    The game is Live, has been since 23rd April (if you paid for access)

    The game is live, but in official Beta state. I'm sure most people would appreciate it if you stopped spreading misinformation :)

    Is there something you need to do to activate the HoTN pack?
    I recently just bought mine but nothing shows up..
