Feats repec not working correctly?

I'm a little confused. I respecced my feats and all seemed fine. Then I level up and it says I have 34 feat points left. So, I go and try to reassign them only to find I suddenly have 23 Heroic and 11 Paragon whereas before I had 20 and 14 respectively.

What on earth happened?

Any help or advice is most welcome.
