What are these passives? are they like a buff for a specific amount of time? If so, how long does it last?

Permanent passives. It looks like it is not a fast thing to earn either. Based on the fact that the 1st campaign block takes 20 hours to unlock. Also I could not see anywhere where you would have the ability to respec these passives. They are on the new campaign tab, not on your character screen. It will take a couple days for me to see how they actually work though.

In other items...I got a shards of terror which form into a Lesser Terror Weapon Enchantment which does 5% of your weapon damage as necrotic and reduces the targets defense by 5%, which does not stack like the plaguefires do.

6% Necrotic damage on the lesser if I'm not mistaken.

I can totally see it coming. People will spend tons of time and resources to get them, then some will be nerfed. I can already see some of these being op.

I would agree, the only thing unstated is the actual chance for some of them to proc. It may be low. I mean take the Elven Tranquility one... A chance when struck to heal 30% of my Defense. Thats a chance for a 1500 HP heal every time I am struck. If the percentage is high enough thats totally crazy. I run Knights valor on my GF....I could easily keep myself healed with as much as Knights Valor procs even if the percentage is only 25%. It also may have some sort of unwritten internal cooldown like the tenebrous does to keep it less OP.

Now these look very interesting, and I really will enjoy the time it takes to get them... eg. Something new to do!

The Level 5 Rejuvenation looks interesting... And 2250 seems like a lot of Regeneration!

Also the Level 4 is nice options also: The Heal could be stupid good for Sentinel GWFs and any GF, while the 10% power damage will also be good for high power GFs/GWFs... Very cool indeed. :)

It's possible to get all the level advantages or only one level advantage? For example: You have to choose between level 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 because you cant get more than 1 level passive activity?

Are these passives for GF/GWF or for all classes?

And how you choose the 'OR' in the level?
Is Gold Crescents new money introduced with sharandar or what is that?
Does 'Dark Few Warder - you take 1% less damage' hit the hard cap of maximum of 80% mitigation or 'unlock' it to 81%?
What is the effect of 'Elven Rejuvenation - You encounter powers have a chance to grant 2250 Rejuvenation for 8 seconds'? I don't know what they want to say with that... does it grant regenerationstat for 8s with 2250 so is base regeneration+2250 = char regenerationstat? Or does it heal 2250 HP over 8s like a Hot?

im not quite sure if i like the sound of lvl 4 and 5 shouting
'Kite, Kit,e Kite like the wind little Dwarf, Kite!!!"

and ya, i kind of hope that lvl4 does have a internal cooldown since even if its 10% chance, thats still alot of healing which is a tad OP
