Got kicked/Log in:Too many attempts

I got kicked from Dragon Shard and then it said Log in: Too many attemps. What's up?

    Hello? Anybody still there at PW? 6 hours now and I still cant log in. I've talked to sevrel different people and they have the same problem. If your not too busy over there could you give me a few minutes to help me log in? :mad:

    I got kicked right after a PvP match. Then when I went to go log back in it told me "Too many attempts, try again later". I have two friends that tried logging in for the first time today and they ended up with the same thing.
    Does PW even read these posts? Because I posted 3 already. Let me know what's going on and how this can be fixed

    Well, considering the time, they may not be there.

    They most certainly do but bug reports aren't exactly a means to get customer support and responses aren't always pertinent if they come at all.

    I don't know what exactly could cause your situation so I am afraid I do not have an answer for your blight but I will make sure to let the powers that be know of this and see if they have any answers. Unfortunately, though, I will not be able to contact anybody until they get into the office in the morning.

    In the mean time, if you wish, you may file a Support Ticket and they will get back to you as soon as they can however I am afraid that support's response time is a bit longer than nine hours due to the large amounts of tickets they are receiving.

    I am truly sorry I can't be of more assistance at this time. :(

    Well I guess I'll just have to wait until they get in and check out the situation. Thank you for your response and getting the word down the line for me.

    Same thing going on here, started Saturday morning, sent 2 tickets, and nothing. Any help on this would be great, Thanks!

    I am having the same issue. Also put a ticket in and waiting on a answer. If anyone knows why this is going on it would help out alot. Thanks.
