Neverwinter not launching!

I click on the icon and I can see it on my toolbar. But the game won't actually launch! Any help? I've already restarted my pc :/

    The launcher not showing up? Right click on the toolbar and choose "Move". for some reason the last patch moved it off the screen. -_-

    Move option is grayed out. And I am dual screened.

    In my case the launcher appears normally, but when I click "Login" nothing happens. Star Trek Online is doing it as well. I totally killed my anti-virus/firewall and it didn't help anything.

    I don't even have the login option. I click it and it goes to my toolbar but never pops up.
