set items overlap?

was browsing AH for lvl60 items, and noticed for some set items, there are overlapping.

For example, the Titan set for GWF has 5 items, among which, the Titan's Bracers and Reinforced Titan's Bracers are both for arms, and both as part of this 5 pieces set (helm, body, 2 arms, and boot).

I am just wondering how does it work? You can pick either arm to equip, or is there some special way to equip both? How about the set bonus, is there any difference, depending on which arm is equipped?

the reinforced items are crafted. They have slightly higher stats. It's a level 20 profession task to convert regular ones into reinforced ones for certain sets.

You only need one of the bracers for a set. Set bonus doesn't change.

The trouble is that the description of the " set " lists it as a 5 piece set , and its not. Its a 4 piece set where you can use the standard
    glove/gauntlet/bracer or the reinforced version.

Cryptic needs to change the description on the set bonus to FOUR piece set listing the standard OR reinforced item.

That is only be beginning of the troubles...

To make the reinforced; IS BIND ON PICKUP.

So the crafter who isn't a GWF will still have a worthless reinforced item bound to them.

What sort of dev ******* thought that this would be good, I cannot imagine.
