Does vorpal enchantment work with the following TR passives?

Executioner path:

Deadly Momentum

Duelist's Flurry has a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to apply "Deadly Momentum"
Deadly Momentum: Increase you critical severity by 3% per stack.
(Stacks 5 times)

Brutal Backstab

While stealthed, you critical with 5/10/15/20/25% more severity

Overrun Critical

When you land a critical hit, one of your next attack strikes with 30% of your crit severity

    Or rather does the critical severity from vorpal STACKS with those passives

    It stacks and the Swash set bonus is still OP and broken , confirmed by the Pope.

    Swash set is good for PVE, but for PVP GG set is much better imho.

    Also I wouldn't trust what a man who wears skirts says.

    Touching on the topic of Vorpals, was wondering if anyone could answer my question. Does crit severity cap out at 100% or can it go beyond?
