Insane Frame and Network Lag

Ever since the previous patch on 7/17, I can no longer run around in Protector's Enclave. Anytime there are other players around, I get hit with massive frame and network lag spikes.

They changed something in this last patch that screws up how other players load on screen. Prior to this patch, I was able to run around Enclave just fine. No graphical settings were touched since the patch.

    My friend was complaining about the same thing. I told him to check his video driver and video settings and run a virus scan. Could be a coincidence in timing, but there could have been a window auto update that changes some video drivers. I don't know, but worth trying.

    The game is nearly unplayable for me in this current state. I can only do PvP (even GG PvP) and hide in Trade of Blades. Can't go near the AH or most mailboxes without the game going into stutter hell.

    i need everytime to log out on another map, besause it's impossible to relog on protector enclave... it's like a slideshow pec. My record on "server not respond" is 89,90s. it's crazy... impossible to even load the map of the city!
