If i slot my off hand with tenneberus does it work on combat ?

    Why not? I have 5 tenebrous and 1 greater tenebrous slotted in every offensive slot of my gear and they all proc

    ya ~ remind yourself it has an internal cooldown of 10s but it always proc when off-cooldown

    Nope. Internal cooldown is 20 sec.
