That one can get on to be notified when the servers are playable again, as in they've fixed all of the networking issues?
This has to be the first game I've played that I've basically lost the ability to play due to simply not being able to load into the game anymore due to disconnects or zones that are so poorly designed they fail to load.
It's great that it works for you, so you probably haven't bothered to look in the technical issues, bug reports forums. There are a ton of customers who have basically lost the ability to login and play.
The techsupport form is a graveyard were threads go to die. Things don't get answered there so there's no point. The only chance is to try posting in general and hope to get a response before the thread is moved to tech support to die.
