Need help resetting launcher window (currently not visible)

Couple of weeks now, basically I lost the visibility of my launcher window. When I start the game, launcher starts, and it's there, If I hover over it on the task bar I can see the window in the little preview window. I select it, type blindly my password and hit enter, so the game starts.
Tried:
-deleted some basic config files from nwo folders but didn't help
-tried setting different window desktop resolutions, maybe that would reset positioning of the window
-also tried to cascade/tile windows but still not showing up
Any way to reset the neverwinter launcher window?
/if anyone tells me the solution is to reinstall game I will laugh hard, so pls don't tell me that, not gonna happen/

Cool man grats.
I actualy managed to fix it.
-move mouse over launcher on task bar.
-wait for preview window to show
-right click to PREVIEW WINDOW (the small window)
-select move
-move window with mouse.
The issue were earlier that I was trying to get a right click menu on task bar's area, which is nonexisting in windows 7, I mean there is no "move" option for most of the windows. But on preview there is (I didn't know that until now LOL).
