Shield Master and Shield Talent

Shield Master: Description no longer mentions any relation to the Shield Talent class feature.


Can someone explain to me in plain English what this means?

I use both the passive and the feat.

    I would guess that it's just a tooltip change and neither ability is affected.

    Saying it needed the Shield Talent class feature was considered a bug. It was actually always working with or without the class feature being used.
