Getting NPC's to disappear at the right time.

Hey guys,

I have a small problem with my new foundry that I feel you folks may be able to help me with.

I have an NPC who starts off a quest. You return to him when the quest is complete.

At that point I want to spawn another copy of him, as a follower. So far so good.

The problem is, I can only select 'disappear when' component complete. This makes him disappear straight after 'giving' the quest. Which means he's not there to return to after the quest is done.

How do I make him disappear after the player 'returns' to him?

Thanks, I havn't done a great job in explaining that.. I hope you get what I mean.

Thanks in advance,

Unfortunately if speaking with the NPC is the story objective, they can only disappear when that objective is complete. You will have to spawn another copy of him when that same objective completes.

Yeah thanks Mee.. I did actually sort this out after posting, I can just spawn 3 different versions of him it seems. It seems to work ok, so I'm happy so far!

    Thanks :)

What I did to have more options was place a reach marker right under the NPC with a small radius then in the story tab go to marker. Then you can have him as a contact not in the "story" tab and have him disappear on dialog if you want.
