My GWF tiefling status

After testing each class, I discovered that the GWF identifies me, like Tiefling by their bonus, so I decided to put the picture of my initial status: 16/14/16

Was reached with 18 STR, but unfortunately not with 16 in DEX
What do you think, worth it?

    No matter how you role your ability score, being a Tiefling is always going to put you in a disadvantage compared to a Human or Orc.
    Especially considering their racial doesn't work.

    I tried to convince myself that the racial differences were neglectible things at first aswell, but they have a significant impact over the course of a dungeon though.

    Well, you're never going to get anywhere with a gear score of 2.

    Who said Tiefling's racial doesn't work? In fact I read a post by a Dev replying on a thread and confirmed that it is working.
    Also playing a GWF without being Hunman/Orc is perfectly viable. Mine is halfling and does awesome both in PvE and PvP.

    I had considered using Tiefling before I picked Half Orc for my 2nd gwf..I actually don't think there's anything wrong with them. Can still do fine with 3 heroic feats less if you're planning to go dps build. If you want to get the most out of sentinel though the extra 3 points come handy and I would rather Human for that. Tiefling/dwarf have some nice racials also.

    If tiefling makes you feel good to look at and play as a dps then do it Atom :)

    With Con Arp fixed halflings and dwarves make functional GWFs as well. Tiefling isn't particularly good, but at least it's not like trying to play a half-orc CW.

    I never said they weren't viable, i said they were at a disadvantage compared to a Orc and a Human.
    2+ Str, +2 Dex, +5% crit, or +2 Str, 3% def and 3 extra feat points outshines 2x Con.

    Orcs don't get 5% crit. It's 5% Crit Severity. Big difference. Tiefling will have 2con (which is a flat 2% ArP) with either 2INT (faster recharge) or 2CHA(more damage CA + 2%companion stat bonus) AND Bloodhunt which you said is not working, but in fact it is. 5% more damage past 50% health is IMO better than 5% severity.

    I am not saying that Tiefling is better, but it is certainly not lacking behind. Have a player use an Orc for a dungeon run, then have him run the same dungeon using a tiefling in the same gear and spec, and I can guarantee you the end Damage score will be pretty much the same.
