Gateway bugged (alchemy)

Been stuck for a little over a week. Submitted reports only to get the automated responses. If you read this and use gateway DO NOT COLLECT ANY TASK that is supposed to level you. You may get stuck and then youll be in the same boat as some of us. Isnt just alchemy apparently.

My current exp bar is a full gold for alchemy with no way to advance to the next level now. No matter how many times I do the experiments all i get are pots no BOKs.... SO theres no way to redo the research to advance. Some people have been stuck since the day that alchemy went live, i guess ive been fortunate enough to get to level 15.

Old news.... but starting a new thread.... not spamming but will keep posting something till someone from PW/Cryptic says something addressing this specific issue

    I've been stuck at Alchemy level 6 with full exp bar since a day or two after this profession went live. I've reported this both on the forum and in-game a few times to no avail.

    Both of my toons got bitten by this bug, because I was playing around while I was at work (on my lunch break, I swear, boss!) before I found out about this bug. This is a show stopper for me.

    Stuck at rank 3 on my main. Getting fed up now. First the GF sets got broken, now this.
