Question about accessories

I wanted to know if theres a big difference between the Ancient slavemaster ring of control, and the grand slavemaster ring of control. The ancient has 154 pow/crit/rec and the grand 150 pow/crit/rec. The damage difference looks insignificant but im not good with numbers, so if someone can help me than that would be really appreciated.

    unless you have AD to spare, dont buy ancients.. the difference is very very very minimal.

    The difference between grand slavemaster (150 each stat) and ancient slavemaster (154 each stat) rings are merely 12 points, 4 extra points for each of power, crit and recovery.

    Cost vs. Benefit? It is just not worth to waste your AD on ancient slavemaster rings unless you have lot of free AD to throw away.
    You say 4v5 is impossible? Cool story bro.
