Ranger/Hunter/Archer

Been away a long while, waiting for Hunter/Ranger/Archer Woodelf character to be made available. Anyone know if they are ever going to supply one? Easily the most popular in these games. Or is it only available for real life money or something equally ridiculous?

    I would not be the least bit surprised if they make Rangers available at the same time that they make the Drow open to all. I really shouldn't have to explain why. :p

    In the interview with Andy Velasquez (spelling?) he says they aim to get the new class out before the end of the year, so not with module 1 !
    Its a video interview on mmorpg.com I think, some other poster linked it somewhere.

    What does this have to do with the current topic of this post? I think a Archer/ranger class is needed in this game, I can't wait to see what they come up with.

    Imo we don't just need the Ranger class, but also Bard, Druid, Monk, Barbarian, Paladin, Psion, etc...
    Dakkhon (60 Cleric), Emeraude (60 Control Wizard), Elvanshalee (60 Trickster Rogue), Khellyan (60 Guardian Fighter)

    We need a ranger bard druid monk barbarian paladin artificer Runepriest the list is long.

    That's what I've been waiting on, the sooner they spit out new classes to sooner people like me will return.

    Ranger is always popular as it's the easiest class to play in any game. Ranged, High Dps, CC skills, Medium armour, Movement abilities. I'm looking forward to a multitude of classes of more advanced difficulty and some just because they are particually fun to play such as Bard. Rangers have their place amongst all the rest but I'm in no hurry to see them, same story with Warlocks however it's both of these classes that should arrive next based on the currently available information.

    Good, we could use more "<insert class> is OP in PVP...NERF!" topics. The current 4 are just rehashes of the same thing and noone ever tells me my DC is OP.
