queue system trivial to DoS

Title is a fair place to start.

Since I logged in, it has been impossible to queue for Epic Spider Temple, as there is some nimrod who keeps queueing up and then refusing. Because the group finder is useless, if you accept, it is dumping four people in the instance, as though that is in some way useful.

If you decline and re-queue, it pops almost instantly, with one person always refusing, so they must be deliberately re-queueing, in order to refuse. The queue can pop once every thirty seconds, and they always refuse. Given that the server is pretty quiet right now, I find it hard to believe that it's legions of people auto-refusing :)

The queue system needs to be changed- first of all, it shouldn't dump an incomplete group in an instance- it should offer that spot to someone else suitable in the queue. Moreover, someone who refuses more than N times in five minutes should be subject to a cooldown, so partly obviating this griefing behaviour.

    I agree with you !

Since last night, I can't even join a group without getting this bug and i missed all delve dungeons ...

so a cooldown of 10mins for the person who decline a group when the window pop should fix this

Given the speed that it was happening today, maybe a 10 minute cooldown if you decline a few times in 15 minutes would work. That way, if it's just an AFKer, by the time they get to the end of the moving window of time, they will have AFKed out, anyway. The only way to get into this situation would then be if you were a) not afk) b) actively declining repeatedly over a short time.
