Any help would be appreciated!

Don't know if right place to put this but here goes. Whenever I start NW, all wireless connections in my house go down! My pc is LAN'd to the router, but wife and daughter are wireless, so you can imagine the grief I get. Router is a netgear WNR1000.

If anyone knows of a way to fix this, it would be much appreciated.

    That doesn't make any sense to me. I've never heard of any application simply shutting down a router before.

    Issue with that router for awhile from what I saw.

    Hi! I have heard of it before. Windwos came out with an update to fix it. Something was trying to encrypt the wrong things in the packet for security purposes and it knocks the router out of sync with the other wireless connections.

    Problem now solved, firmware update to the router fixed the problem.
