From level 19 PvP to level 20 Pvp ... <snip>????

The shock from going from level 19 PvP to level 20 is absolutely horrendous at the moment. You go from playing a relatively balanced and even playing field to entering into an arena where half the players have stacked their characters in the best of everything money can buy.

This is kindergarten compared to what you will face post-60.

You sure do QQ a lot. If you can't beat 'em.. Join 'em.. The most game changing gear in lower tiers are the weapons dps and stats from gloomwrought weapon crates.. Rogues can essentially use weapon dps/stats at 9/19/29/39/49 that entail the dps of weapons 10-11 levels higher then their respective lvl. (So a lvl 29 rogue using a lvl 29 shadow stilleto has the stats/dps of a lvl 40 weapon in the 20-29 lvl pvp bracket) While the rest of the classes weapons of similarity are only available at 11,21,31,41,51 and only stats/dps 9 lvls higher which is still substantial and make you beat kids up.

I have little problem if any at all at 19- 20 pvp. Probably have a problem because your opponents who are higher level have access to skill you cannot get yet. being at the mininum level of the bracket.

items are not the reason, game is scalling ur damage("balance") cause of everyone at lv 29, but this thing is broken,ur character at lv 19 had lowered damage a lot in pvp, but at lv 20 its increased a lot, also again at lv 29 u will do almost no dmg cause of broken scaling

Quoted for truth. There are major imbalance problems in the PVP portion of the game. Brace yourself for 60. If you want to stick on through it, here are some suggestions:
    1. PVP with the best gear you can get. Search the auction house for rare items appropriate for your level, especially those that say "this is normally a level x item usuable by lower-level characters".
    2. Read PVP guides on the forum to get an idea of what successful pvp players are running and how they are playing. In particular, look for hints as to what situations they find difficult or where their builds struggle. You'll want to find and exploit those weaknesses.
    3. Practice, practice, practice. Learn when and how to dodge or avoid other player's encounter and daily powers, and learn how to fake out other players and get them to waste their dodges on your at-wills so you can successfully land hits with your own powers.
    4. Focus on teamwork. 2v1 and 3v1 situations in PVP get you killed faster and faster at higher levels. Stick with your teammates to avoid being on the receiving end of those.

I have level 60's already and play with them quite a lot in PvP. Going from level 19 to level 20 as a cleric in PvP has placed me from the top on the lists and having my way with most everyone to simply being dead and placing at the end of the list despite being well geared. On my other characters I stopped PvP'ing at level 20 and raised levels through gameplay as fast as I could for many levels. Level 60 from 59 is a huge shock but even then it isn't as drastic as what I'm experiencing from 19 to 20 right now.

Stop QQin. Just stop. Get gear and you will be fine.

Yeah the gloomwrought weapons have no relevance here.

Lvl 29 shadow stiletto 184-225 damage 354 power 60 crit 119 deflection 79 life steal.
Next best I see for a weapon in 20-29. Lvl 26 poisoned dagger 109-134 damage 194 power 65 crit 65 armor penetration.

lvl 31 dagger of shadow (same stats as shadow stiletto) This is TR equivalent as the rest of the weapons availabe to other classes with correct level from gloomwrought weapon crates.
lvl 39 +3 Nefarious Dagger of Restoration 178-218 damage 419 power 77 crit 77 life steal.
    lvl 38 Biting Blade 172-211 damage 330 power 190 crit 95 recovery.

Yeah, I can see how the weapon dps and stats have no bearing what so ever. Oh and at level 29 with your supposed "broken scaling" I roflstomped with the shadow stiletto with 20-30+ DB's/0 deaths matches while at lvl 30 I was still ahead of the curve in 30-39 since I was using a lvl 40 weapon dps/stats.

Why would anyone bother "stacking" their level 20 character?

I personally didn't notice anything different.

At 19 you were the highest possible level, beating up people who were mostly lower level than you (And they were probably thinking "OMG entering pvp at level 12 is so ****ty QQ whine", just like you at 20). Then you enter the next tier and suddenly you are the lowbie while mostly higher level people are slapping you silly, and you find that strange?

What did you expect, shiny level 29 purples and 10 extra skillpoints magically appearing on your character when you enter pvp?

Its the same in every game that has these 10 level tiers, yes you get a bit of a boost or whatever at lower level, but it never completely makes up for the extra gear, spec points and skills you acquire by leveling up more..
