Can't Buy Zen

I attempted to buy zen and test that system out but I can't make it pass step 1. I click the purchase zen link on the main website and it takes me a to a page where I have to verify my account by it sending an activation code to my email. I tell it to send the code but the code never arrives. Tried it last night and this morning with no code either time. The email is correct and it is a gmail account. I checked the spam filters and there is nothing.

    im having the same issue. i sent an email to customer support but they havent responded

    same here , 5 ticket since 5 day and always same answer :

    maybe they are rich and they don t need my money
