How to Join low leveled skirmishes for High leveled players?

Message to makers of the game:
Please make a feature that high leveled players can join low leveled skirmishes.Like in my situation my bro needed help from me for a skirmish when he was like lvl 20 and i was already 40 and i cant join cuz my level was too high also what if players missed achievements about skirmishes? then they would never accomplished it anymore because of leveling to fast
please guys make something like it.

But they should make it so you gain no exp/loot from doing lower level skirmishes.
