Mailbox limit - for everyone or just free accounts?

I notice my mailbox is limited to 20 items. Is this for free accounts only, or is everyone limited? Or perhaps I'm just the lucky one lol.

    I bought both packs and my mail limit is 100.

    So if I don't pay for packages, the mailbox limit is 20? Thanks :(
