[Bug] Can't Send Mail

My character's level 60, but it says he's not a high enough level to send mail. What gives?

    I can't send mail on my 60 Guardian either.

    It says "Message Send!" but my items remain in my bags.
    I just bought some stuff for my alts on my main and i can't even send it to them for some reason.

    I removed some items i had in my mailbox and it allowed me to send items again.
    Not sure if thats what fixed it or something else, but if it did, having a item cap for your mailbox seems rather awkward.

    Seems like just another way to prevent people from hoarding items in the mail so they have to purchase bank and bag slots

    I send a mail to one of my caraters and it dont appear in the email of the other caracter is this a bug or does it take a day or more to get the mail

    Having this exact same error. Haven't sent a guild mail in a few weeks. Tried today, no go. 2 60s 2 others all guild leaders.

    confirmed there's a mail cap... ive reached it quite a number of times. thats really something the game should inform you about in some way. like when the mail doesnt send say "mailbox full" or something.
