Crafting (alchemy) stuck on level 6 forever bug

Hi,

I've gained the necessary 1800xp through getting scrolls and research, both in-game, and on gateway with mobile and desktop, but the profession won't level to 7. It just sits there, telling me I gathered 1800xp and does not say that any more is required.

I tried for days to create new scrolls to do more research and "go through" the 1800xp lvl 7 requirement, but it seems that when you reach the required amount of xp it will NOT drop any new scrolls.

Please, please someone give me a solution so I can play that character again as it is a game-breaker for me.

    A lot of people are in the same position been stuck on level 3, seems to occur when you accept the levelling quest via gateway once it happens you cant level any more. No word from developers about it though.

    its official the gateway sucks big donkey... i just got stuck at lvl 13 :(

    they are to busy with new content and "cash" store items then to fix the bugs everyone knows about.
