"Favored of Lliira" title not unlocking

"Favored of Lliira"? You must complete the daily from 3 different launcher locations to get the achievement.

Today it was my 3rd location, and no title, whats going on?

    Odd, it worked for me. Are you sure you are using launchers in 3 different locations. And not 3 different launchers at one location?

    Worked today for all my toons:
    I used the 3 sites below the dais, to the left of the market (looking down from the dais), behind the Auction house, & in the sunken area just below the dais.
