graphical anomolies including powers screen flickering

I am getting some weird graphical anomolies that include my powers tab glitching out and flickering, unable to put points into the powers because of this.

    I am still having this problem on a few of my powers. Did anyone find a fix?

    I am having the same issue. the problem is within the first two rows of Combat Powers. The third through the sixth powers are quickly moving around, so that makes it difficult to click on them to read the tooltips or upgrade. I submitted a bug report in the game.

    found the issue. its a glitch with the UI scale. slide it up or down a little and it should fix the problem.

    THANKS! I was moving the window a bit to the left to stop the flickering but its much better this way!

    Thank you very much for the info on how to fix it. appreciate it. even though some things may be small every little thing that can go wrong bugs me a great deal lol.;)

    Thanks for this information, it should be stickied as this is still a problem FOUR MONTHS LATER....
