3/3 daily skirmish completed - cannot turn in quest

I completed 3/3 Skirmish Fights in "Gate Crashers" while I was level 48-49, for the daily AD quest. During the end of the 3rd skirmish, I leveled to 50 and then tried to turn -in the daily skirmish quest to Rhix. The turn-in has dissapeared from the options at Rhix via NPC or remotely, and the 3/3 daily skirmish quest still shows "COMPLETED" in my quest log... but I cannot turn in the quest for the daily credit. I now since having this in my active log, have leveled to the next skirmish tier, and I am assuming that this is why i cannot turn it in.

If the problem is that I outleveled the skirmish queue tier during the skirmish, then this would seem to be a bug, or extremely unfair to say the least. The leveling in this game is so fast, while the queue times are horrible. Dungeon/Skirmish queue can sometimes take over an hour to get a party, only then to have it fail to queue when people don't accept. I feel like this is taking away my astral diamond rewards and completely wasting my time spent. What is the point of a daily if you cannot achieve it due to outleveling or long queue times? Im extremely frustrated.

    You've out leveled the Skirmish level turn-in. It happened to me many times during leveling that I would finally get the 2/2 or 3/3 done to only level out of the daily. At one point I had (3) completed skirmishes from 3 different zones and couldn't turn in any of them.

    Drop it and grab the one for your current level or just ignore them and move on.

    Hello, the same thing happened to me only I didn't out leveled the skirmish quest. I ran the same skirmish a fourth time and still can't deliver it.

    Ive had this issue befire to. I abandoned the daily and redid the skirmish 3 more times and it worked

    I still cannot even get the skirmish or daily dungeon. My only option is daily pvp. Pretty po'd about.it.due.to double astral diamonds
