Yes please, where can we opt out? I'm kind of past the point where I want to try and get it to work, I just want it to go away. I'll take the risk. And I'd rather not have to contact support. If things are that bad I'd rather just go do something else.

I know how you feel. Every time I clean my computer it doesn't recognize my account anymore. I tried changing the option to a public computer so it would not ask me anymore and the site rejects every time. I contacted support and they sent me to star trek which I do not even play and then told me I can disable my account guard, but I also can not find the disabling option.

    from the FAQ:
Q: Can I opt out of Account Guard?

Yes. Login to the Champions or Star Trek website, click on "My Account", then in the Profile section, click on "Account Guard". This will redirect you to the secure site, where you can manage your saved clients and browsers, or disable Account Guard entirely.

Yes, I realize it says champions and star trek, not neverwinter. If you try it with neverwinter website it won't show the option. Follow these instructions exactly as stated even if you don't play those games and you will get to the account guard management page where you can disable it. I tried it - it works.

Bit of a necro here, but try this if you're really at your wit's end.

It'll disable it completely, for both gateway and regular account log-in, which'll leave you extra vulnerable to hacking. So I strongly caution against using this course of action, but it does exist:

If you're looking to disable it, head over here: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/

If you're wanting to know why it's constantly being requested, the only thing I can think of is that it really only seems (to me) to want to save one computer at a time. So if you're using multiple computers to access it that may be a reason.

Alternatively, here at work all browsers are set up to dump their cahce, cookies, and history once closed out. If you have a similiar set-up, that may also be a reason why.
