No, it's not. In beta, they had their arms bent at an even weirder angle, they walked more crouched, and had this crazy "two finger" pose. That's what people were complaining about and it was fixed.
Go through those threads and reference all the posts complaining about a "crab walk" or "two fingers".

I'm mainly talking about the walking animation.
This video shows how Wizard's animation was before beta. The walking, the angles of arms, and the fingers were the same as they are now.

That's likely because your legs are injured. Use a kit and you'll be fine.
