Not the best built but it might help.
Race: Human. (As it gives 3 more heroic points and more defense).
Stats: Con and Dex. (As you need much HP to make high attack and Versatile Defense. Dex helps your feats to proc).
Powers: Choose any power you like based on your play styles.
Heroic Feats:T1: Unstoppable Action 2/5, Toughness 3/3.
T2: Endless Assault 3/3, Armor Specialization 3/3.
T3: Steely Defense 3/5, Constitution Focus 3/3.
T4: Weapon Mastery 3/3, Devastating Critical 3/3.
Paragon Feats:Instigator:T1: Unstoppable Recovery 5/5.
T2: Stunning Flourish 5/5.
Sentinel:T1: Student of the Sword 5/5.
T2: Grim Promise 5/5.
T3: Grudge Style 5/5.
T4: Master at Arms 5/5.
T5: Sentinel's Aegis 1/1.
At-Will: Sure Strike, Weapon Master Strike.
Encounter: PVP: Flourish, Takedown, Restoring Strike. (All of these should be in the maximum levels).
PVE: Flourish, Not So Fast, Restoring Strike. (All of these should be in the maximum levels).
Daily: Crescendo, Slam. (All of these should be in the maximum levels).
Class features: Steel Blitz and Weapon Master. (All of these should be in the maximum levels).
Armor: Valiant Duelist's helm and armor, Titan's arms and feet, Ancient Castle Champion's sword and knot.
Enchantments:Offense slots: Greater Tenebrous enchantments.
Defense slots: Radiant enchantments, rank 7.
Unitility slots: Dark enchantments, rank 7.
Weapon enchantment slot: Greater Plague Fire.
Armor enchantment slot: Soulforged.
Companion:
Cat or Ioun Stone of Allure. (As they give stats, cat is difficult to die and stone can not die).
Play style:
Use your HP to attack by Greater Tenebrous but you still need to do critical hits as it triggers your feats. Always rotate with sprint to make the better positions and time. Flourish and Takedown will help you to lock the enemy while you are attacking and waiting for 5 seconds cooldown of Tenebrous. Slam makes more damage than Crescendo even to the single enemy if you have time.
Budget:
Buy Zen from the official server with real money and exchange it to AD. Someone would say it's expensive but it can do and if you have a good job, it's a nice strategy. Spending time playing the game to collect AD also costs you a lot and it seems to be less expensive to buy with real money. So, you will not lose your job and have money to buy items, this's how you can take these 2 things.
Playing without Tenebrous enchantments:
You can make it without Tenebrous. If you put Radiant enchantments, rank 7 instead, you will have more stable power in every hit. In longer period you will make more damage than Tenebrous. Please try Valiant Duelist's helm and armor + Avatar of War arms and feets. And for stats: Str and Dex. For feats, choose Disciple of Strength 2/3 instead of 2/5 Unstoppable Action and Great Weapon Focus instead of Stunning Flourish as you have high defense, so the fight is gonna be long, you don't need flourish, you can use IBS, Takedown and Restoring Strike for your encounter powers. Don't need to stun-lock the enemy with flourish if you always sprint around. That's the perfect solution. Now, for both PVE and PVP.

Thank you.
I have totally fallen in love with this encounter and consider it absolutely essential when defending point.
Flourish is amazing with student of the sword. If it crits you get 5 stacks instantly, if you have plague fire enchant, you get a full stack of that as well, not to mention you also get a full stack of weapon master so in 1 attack you can get a full stack of all your buffs... AND it stuns...
Why would you not want this? Plus the feat gives it 5% more crit...
Too many Feat points btw, 25/23. Unless I'm reading that part wrong.
It's up to you whether to take Stunning Flourish or Vicious Advantage. VA has better use in PvE and SF is better for PvP.
I've had Crescendo crit for 29k. I've never really payed attention to the damage Slam outputs on Single target, but Crescendo does better Single Target DPS.
It depends on what you would want. PvE/PvP
Yes, flourish is for PVP and At-Will 10% is for PVE.
How do I move this post to The Barracks?
For PvP I use - Takedown/Flourish/IBS and for PvE I use - Roar/Restoring Strike/IBS though IBS can be slotted out as necessary for more utility depending on the situation.
Thanks for the write up, I enjoyed the read and learned a bit!
Thank you for suggestion, I am the person who learnt from you.
Play the game as you want, and you'll have an enjoyable time. No reason to get involved with all the "OMG this sucks! I hate this! I'm quitting!" drama that is somewhat rampant on the forums. Kudos to you for rocking well! *high five*
Your heroic feats don't add up - too many points displayed.
Yes there's 2 extra feat points.
Sorry, my mistake. I fixed it.
Just wanted to say I loved your build so much I went out of my way to pick up some Titan's pieces at a good price and earn the Valiant Duelist pieces in GG. Now I have 3 Tenebrous enchants and am working on a 4rth once I get another ward to fuse them.
One question - how would you spec if you didn't have the additional heroic feat points from being human? Where would you shave points off? I am blessed with being a far superior and handsome Half-Orc.
Thank you.
If you don't play as human then your heroic feats should be:
Heroic Feats:
T1: Unstoppable Action 2/5, Toughness 3/3.
T2: Endless Assault 3/3, Armor Specialization 3/3.
T3: Steely Defense 1/5, Constitution Focus 3/3.
T4: Weapon Mastery 2/3, Devastating Critical 3/3.
By this way, it has least effect while you gain benefit from your race instead. Because, power is not your main attack and it only decreases 1 critical chance.
One more trick, if you can't make the built at once, you can put rank 6 enchantments for a while, they are very cheap now, so your character can be played and when you have Greater Tenebrous enchantment, drag it to the offense slot so you don't need to pay to remove the rank 6 enchantment, you just lose that cheap rank 6 enchantment. Try rank 6 dark enchantments, they may be considered as consumable for their cheap cost.
Buy Zen from the official server with real money and exchange it to AD. Someone would say it's expensive but it can do and if you have a good job, it's a nice strategy. Spending time playing the game to collect AD also costs you a lot and it seems to be less expensive to buy with real money. This is hilarious and sad at the same time. Spending so much money to own in PvP in this game... with a cheese build involving no skill. Amazing.
It's a defensive playstyle, less dmg but much more defense. This built will not become no.1 dps in the dungeons but it will ensure the chance to complete the dungeons while it's also fun in PVP and PVE because you are tough and you can hit hard. The result will become good eventhough you are not no. 1 dps.
Reasons:
1. To prevent other Tenebrous players to one-hit kill you. It's called counter plan.
2. To survive for long period so that you can activate Unstoppable for many times, can proc Tenebrous for many times and can encounter for many times.
3. You can always sprint to rotate to make the good steps and please count that Tenebrous procs once in 5 seconds.
Thank you.
