Fluctuation of gear score?

Like title says.

I know my gear score. Now after awhile, i checked it again...it got reduced by 100? Then i relog and it's back to original....10 mins later i look at it, it's reduced by 20?

Before i submit an official bug report.....I'd like to know if this is infact the way it works....or is this yet another bug.

If u haven't noticed...START noticing.

    OK just read in another post that my 500 loss of gs had to do with my respec. I removed points in a feat that gives %HP, which lowers gs. Very lame.
