1) Give gm's in the game the ability to enter pvp's as a overseer, stick em in a certain spot above the game, floating above the players at a respectable distance and invisible (So there's no inadvertant targetting). They can then observe the pvp. Or maybe a more feasable solution, the ability to hop between control point 1, 2 or 3 at their leisure, Again.. at a safe distance above any aoe that the players may fire out.
2) Give them the ability to ban accounts attached to the bot playername@asdfasdf.
3) Give them the ability to see zone chats, across all the maps related to that specific pvp map. And the ability to change to different maps / instances like players can change to other group members in the same realm / server. So they can step 2 said bots.

If this works as other games do, the GMs are CS agents that when someone puts in a GM ticket, they receive an alert, which they then act upon depending on the situation.

Is it possible to setup a small task screen when pvp starts like u have to move your mouse in a circular motion to accept party if the person doesn't confirm with this mouse motion in like 10 seconds then they get kicked from pvp before it starts...
