Is there any reason why Grieves of the High Prophet are never in the AH

Been looking for those boots now for ages and they are never in the AH while all the other pieces of the set are very inexpensive (likely cause nobody can get the boots)

    Boots were BoP for a while, making them impossible to trade on the AH, might still be. Drops from delve chest in Epic Cragmire Crypts.

    Greaves of the High Prophet are still Bound on Pickup - other set boots (Divine Emissary, Sacred Hand) were fixed
