Here's a screenshot of my current setup; as you can see, I have 3 open Offense Slot. I need some advice as to what I should slot them in with, Radiant? Tenebrous? Azure? or Dark?
Oh I should mention that I'm destroyer spec.

For Utility I say Movement so you can run faster, and get up to them quicker. Those are some pretty good stats honestly. Try and raise that Defense a little more though.
Honestly, I only recommend more recovery or life steal for you. You're running 3k recovery and I believe that's actually a defensive slot where as Life Steal is offensive(right?), another 500-800 life steal sounds pretty nifty to me.
Your armor pen is way above cap, you have 22% from your armor pen and 7% from your con, which is 29% armor ignore in total. Imo lose armor pen till it is 22 or 24% WITH your con bonus, then put the stat in either life steal as some suggested or go power, which while subpar is still a dps increase.
Recovery is your best bet at this point. You will not see much return from any stats at this point but I am noticing a decent improvement from getting around 4k recovery now. if not that then crit or power. for offense slots. as you will still see some returns in those areas. Armor pen is right out as you currently trump monster defenses in almost all situations.

I can lower armor pen to 1700 and it'll be at 17% + 7% (con) = 24%, but I am a bit skeptical about this because Con does not show up anywhere except for when you hover over it (a bit paranoid that Con might not be doing what it says it does, 7% resistance ignore). For the offensive slot, I have decided to slot a Radiant 7/GPF into my main hand (felt like I was lacking in power a bit), and now I'm trying to decide if Tenebrous in the offhand/neck would be worth it to increase my dps or just get more power.
Also the reason I got 2200 armpen was because everyone I've talked to told me to get around 2200 lol. I will probably raise defense to around 2k.

The 2200 armor pen is for other classes, only GWF and GFs have a way to get passive armor pen, CWs and TRs don't. It does't show, but it's there, it has been tested enogh times, but its a recent fix: the % is additive, so your plan about 1700 is sound.
If you plan to PvE tenebrous is not that good imho, especially after the recent nerf, it has a huge ICD, its good only for burst in PvP. And my 2c about GPF: It is very good, but if anyone else in your group has it it becomes useless, since it does not stack, so it depends on the group your are running with. I personaly have both greater vorpal and GPF but use the vorpal, because GPF is cheaper and many ppl have it already and use it, vorpal is always useful. (if you are rich just get 2 ancient swords and put GPF in one and the vorpal in another and switch after you see what your group brings to the table)

My first choice was to run a Greater Vorpal but, it was kinda pricey compare to a GPF, so I just went with that. I think for my 2nd Weapon, I'm going to run a Greater Lightning, heard good things about it so I'm going to try it. Thank you for your advice, it has really helped me decide on what to do.

Yeah agree your AP is way over cap 22-24% is max u are wasting alot of your enchantments here.. Looking at your gear I assume you have either a stone or a cat as a companion..
So what I would do.. In the defensive slots I would only alot azure for defence that's it.. A guildie of mine did a test on defensive stats and defence was the most efficient defensive stat.. Easily.. Something like 50% better than deflect..and that's no matter how high u stack your defense on a GWF.. I will always be the most efficient defense..
Now your crit could be 200-300 higher but I would think once you start to upgrade your blue items to purple you are probably going to get that extra crit from those items.. So I wouldn't alot any crit. Your AP way over cap so that's out too so that only leaves power and recovery.. ATM on my GWF I have around 2600 recovery and 5400 power.. But I'm debating ATM whether I should replace some power with recovery.. So all I would do is slot a combo of power/recovery In offence.. Azure in defense and dark in utility.. The balance between power and recovery is a personal choice for you I suppose but I think 3k-3.5k recovery is about all u want anyways

I have heard this as well. Just don't use it in places like Spell Plague or you'll HAMSTER people off. The range of the chain is apparently very noticeable.
Hopefully they lower the range to something like 7-10 meters and fix the bug with it not damaging the first target hit in an upcoming patch.

Slotted most of my stuff with Radiant 7 and Azure 7. Didn't notice much of an increase in damage (still doing only slightly more damage than a TR with bis). I might try to respec and try the Sentinel tree, even though I know full dps is good on GWF.
