Whenever I run Crypt of the Dwarf King after GG, my party ALWAYS has trouble after he drops his armor. The Omnislash one shots one of two of us, and then we are scattered with almost no hopes of coming back. Anybody have any tips/strategies to help me struggling play out with this?

After about 3 or 4 tries my guild succeeded in doing it. We had the guardian on the boss and the rogue swinging away from the back in the armor phase, which worked very well. Ghost phase was indeed chaotic because it can't really be tanked apparently. The only solid advice I can give it to take note of when he teleports, you have a split second before he strikes, keep your finger on the dodge/teleport key. His ghost phase luckily takes a lot of damage, and we had the impression each ghost phase was shorter (or our rogue was picking up the slack).
It's not an easy phase though, expect to wipe a few times to get his attack patterns down.
Did this tonight on our first run through with a PUG. Wiped first time, then the TR and I (GWF - Sentinel Build) stuck ourselves on the boss. The CW/DC and GF (DPS Build - Conqueror) held the adds across the room from the TR/GWF in the corner. Our DC was spot on with his AS, and I kept my Sprint up to revive when someone got 1-shot during the Ghost phase. Wasn't really hard, just lengthy honestly...
i have played both on my very squishie wizard and my gwf.
The trick is easy, as you said its an omnislash. as soon as he gets out of his armor. just move everyone close together. then his omnislash will hit everyone and share the damage out, rather than just 1,2 3 people etc. Astral shield helps too. but ive survived it without it.
I guess we played it quite similar to what @kolatmaster described. Our Group (random) was a GF (me), 2 GWF, one DC a nd one CW. After two wipes we had one GWF and the CW focus on the boss, while I picked up all the adds (being careful not to agro the boss while doing so) and me and the other GWF took care of them. The DC healed and assisted where he saw fit. In the Ghost phases we tried to pull everything into the Clerics astral shield. The CW switched from DD on boss to CC on Adds, while I switched to binding the boss in a defensive stance so the GWF's could DPS him down to his armoured Phase. Rinse and repeat. Took a while but it worked just fine. The Ghost phases are bound to be a bit chaotic but they can be managed. The trick is to switch tactics during the different phases and to try to keep the adds and the boss seperated during the main part of the fight. This is how it worked for us anyway.
