Wizards! NEVER lose to GWF ever again. (too easy)

Most of you pro wizards out there probably already know this but I'm gonna post this anyways.

When you see GWF running towards you...

Hit him with ray (casts fast) first or entangle first then cast your other 2 skills.

Now some GWFs will use "God Mode" unstoppable at this point, if he doesn't, then you should use repel to push him back and let it rain Magic Missiles (or if you have fast recovery and your skills are ready...then unleash hell!)

Now if the GWF use Unstoppable after your first skill attacks, ready your shift key.

When the GWF sprints towards you teleport towards him. (DO NOT TELEPORT BACKWARDS)

When I played GWF I find it harder to pinpoint/aim at wizards that teleport towards me than the ones that teleport backwards. (the beauty of playing all classes to 60 is you learn all their weakness and strengths)

Only use MM or don't attack at all if the GWF is still in unstoppable mode. By the time you run out of teleports, the GWF should and will be vulnerable again....so now it's your turn. Unload all your skills on him and BAM! dead GWF...if he survived all that, just repeat.

Summary:
See GWF sprinting towards you > control > unload skills > repel (if you have equipped) > GWF uses unstoppable and rushes towards you > dodge forward > at-will attack > GWF sprints > dodge forward > attack > GWF sprints > dodge forward > GWF turns back to normal > entangle > unleash HELL > use daily (should be ready by now) > dead GWF?

sorry but if you did know about gwf, you should unload all your damage spells on him when hes unstoppable. (well not your entangle.) and only blink when they use an encounter, the animations are quite obvious/slow. takedown, flourish. ibs.

if they are sentinel/tanked. yourll just have to equip yourself with high vizier/plaguefire, and reduce their defense to 0.

Agreed, he will take less damage, but it's still damage, and you build up your arcane or chill stack.

I thought you were going to tell us the best way to win against GWF is to leave the game and requeue!

Vs a same geared senti / tene GWF, same skill, u simply get HAMSTER, end of story.

If u win it means you have better gear, or the gwf is not very good.

I have a 11.9k gs senti with 34k HP, 6 normal tene and normal plague fire and i never lost any 1v1 vs CW for now. I only die when they get help.

Maybe and i say maybe you have a chance if you use ice knife at the right time and if it crits but even then souforge saves me and you are dead :)

Plus when i pvp and i see many cw in the opposite team i get my charge skill, which means i have my sprint and 3 moves that goes as far as your tps...

This s the thing i dont get. I dont see what the OP stating in the actual game. Since the buff to GWF and the better gear accumulation a 1v1 on a GWF for an extremely well geared CW is a fail. They just rush you and blast you.

Either the OP is a troll, or providing misinformation.I see a lot of that by rogues making posts about CWs owning vs rogues.

GF and GWF are just too strong for a CW atm.
