Unable to send Mail, blacklisted text

Hi all,

Just a quick question, what does it mean when you can't send in-game mail because of blacklisted text. I can't find anything about what the blacklisted text is and why its restricting sending of in-game mail.

    Blacklisted usually means banned.

    So my guess is you were either typing something that Cryptic doesn't want you to talk about, or it's a bug.

    it's probably a bug I have heard many people say they had the same issues lasts for an hour or so and is gone.

    yeah i wasn't banned from anything so I'm going to assume its a bug. I'll have to report it then. Thanks!
