Well I've been nothing but postive about this game, so after 2 months I guess it's time for a rant!
And the problem is the totally different understanding of the term issue.
For you it's an issue if players do have some kind of advantage that you didn't think of and so you spend endless hours fixing that.
For example the Frostheart Dungeon. You made sure with your latest fix that people are not running through anymore without tackling the bosses. Congratulations you succeeded. But one of the reasons people where running is the fact that the adds on the first boss keep respawning and respawning and respawning long after the boss is dead. Not only that they heal themselves too. This is an issue that needs fixing. This dungeon was and still is unplayable and it costs tons of money for even trying.
Istead you patch and destroy yet another dungeon. Did you even realize that Pirates is not playable either? It's missing the bloody anchor to reach the final boss. How in the world can you patch a game to adress "issues" and lose an anchor on the way?? Or did some developer use it to put up shop at the bottom of the ocean?
If you would read the forums and listen to your customers you might even know what's going on. Reading the tickets alone might help, but I guess you have to care to do that.
And while I am at it...thanks for nerfing "Explore local area" from 1 to 2 hours. During the whole 2 months I was trying to level leadership to level 20 with my computer and my cell phone I was thinking this is going too fast, they really need to slow that down. Hang on wait a minute it's a free to play so everything that's free needs to take forever and a day to complete, 2 months are not enough.
Well thanks again for not listening.

Did you realize that there is a fix for that on the preview server?

No I really didn't take 45 min on the preview server just to test if they might fix a dungeon again that wasn't broke before. But thanks for the info, at least I can hope for that one to work again in the future. IMO though this would be a problem that I would adress on the same day or at least the next, not a week after.
@dardove: That's exactly where I am. Almost to the middle of 18 with a mad wife and a boss who asked me twice why I am always on the phone

Agree with you a bit on the timing of the fix. You don't have to put in the time on the preview server though. The preview server has its own patch notes. You can read most of the stuff they are working on (and presumably coming to Live servers) in them.
they are working on it, don't worry so much. it will all be better once we get moor elves
That day can't come soon enough, my friend.

Does FH on preview also fix the lag they introduced into FH. It's really nice playing with 2FPS at boss fights when they spawn 1000 adds, way to go cryptic you found another way to make boss fights challenging. (don't have lag in other dungeons, didn't have it in FH b4 patch - and entire party was complaining about it wasn't just me)
