I am SO SICK of getting a pug together for dungeon delves, getting ALL THE WAY to the end and killing the last boss just for one of the pugs to pull the a-hole card and kick me from the group before I can even loot. How about implementing a short countdown when disbanding parties in dungeons instead of porting them out instantly? Or maybe a vote-kick system? I'm getting sick of wasting my time because of this.

This is a problem, but I believe the best solution would be to offer a 24 hour buff, in the cash shop, that prevents players from being kicked from the party. It would be really cheap, like $8 or something.
This would prevent all abuses of the system and should be agreeable to all players as the best solution.
Not go with pugs? Join to guild, farm with guildmates -> no problem with random kicks.
It's not as simple as joining a guild and magically all the problems go away. Active guilds tend to have groups that go together, and getting into one of them takes time, unless you knew some of them already.

Don't feed it please. So many holes in that suggestion that its obvious someone had a bad day and is taking it out on the forums.
