Unable to Start Neverwinter

As titled. There's a Neverwinter bar at the taskbar.
However, I couldn't start the game at all.
Unable to maximize the bar, nor seen the menu to log in the game.

Any clue what happened?

    Force close it using windows task manager and try to start the launcher and see what's happen.
