Is it good i heard to sucks for pvp and proc's once a min?

    Perfect +8.8% Necrotic damage then heal yourself for that amount.

    It says like this. It's better than Vorpal if it doesn't lie but who knows?

    Yeah it seems a good enchant for tank but if it's only once a min it's useless

    Bloodtheft is once a min, Lifedrinker procs on every hit.

    Unfortunately for GFs tho, weapon enchants do not proc while we are using our Aggravating Strike and Shield Bash, largely rendering every single weapon enchant in the game absolutely useless for some builds.

    Yea on every swing depending on your weapon damage and if you use a greater or perfect you can be healing yourself for 100+ per swing.
