Strange Interface issue While Pushing Enter, or ALT

If I push enter or alt, or any menu button, my UI flashes and then it goes away, making it hard to chat, or get to the menus, or use the cursor for UI manipulation.

Anyone else running into this?

    Do you have any controller connected, some sort of gamepad? Try to change game resolution, so it fit windows screen resolution. At start you can try reset options in game to default.

    Yes, thanks. I figured out I had some weird Drivers for my keyboard, and had to disable them in Device manager. Thanks piotrek81, you pushed me in the right direction.
