Missing AD from bidding in AH! plz help

hi all, i made some bids in Auction house in gateway, when i click bid, notice said bid success ADs are gone but theres nothing under My Bids list. I log in game to check same thing ADs gone my bid list empty and and no outbid mails in mailbox. can anyone plz help >.<

    I just used the request GM help function in game. anyone know how long it takes and how are they gonna reach back? (mail, pm, etc)

    In my case for a very simple petition it took 3 weeks to get a reply that said nothing. Good luck.
