GWF crescendo bugs with big bosses

When using crescendo on certain big bosses, like the ones of spellplage or karrundax, the skill makes the char going forward and even into the boss. Happenned to me twice so far : once in each dungeon. In karrundax it ends with insta death, in spellplague I was stuck in the void inside of the big brain, still able to hit it, surviving just by being on an edge of the platform.

This really needs a fix.

    To add on the crescendo's buggy characteristics, people are able to more or less dodge this skill in PvP. Additionally, using it from afar seems to glitch as well. It could use a set range before being activated.
