Stalwart set broken !!! give me back my ad

Hello,
i got three parts of stalwart bulwark set before the patch that fixed the level issue, in fact they required level 38, 42, 52. After patch, i bought in AH the last part I needed, the helm... when I tryed to wear the sets, i discvered that it isn't complete... the helm after patch, that require level 60, it isn't recognize by the system as a part of the same set stalwart bulwark.
Now...
i spent 775000 ad for helm and bounded three parts trying to wear the set... so i ask:
1) give me back my ad and the three parts ubunded (i can sell them, eventually)
or
2) give me an helm that correctly complete the set
or
3) give me armor, gaunteles and boots level 60 that correctly complete the set (you can take from me the pre-patch bugged parts)
I preferr second or third solution couse I found a good price for helm in AH and it is not right to nullify the result of my research (I spent a lot of time in ah). Finally i want the set...
P.S.
No, I didn't buy unicorn or drake helm... I bought "helm of the stalwart bullwark" and in its description there is the set's part llist.

Same problems. Please tell us if, how and when you are going to fix this terrible bug. Please, need an answer. Do you see how many posts like this there are in the forum?
Sorry for this reply, but we need to know... acrually we GF are unable to use sets...
