GF - New Set and Weapon Discusion ?

Simple Question will u use any part of out new Gaunt Gear ?

Will new Weapon replace ur Scimitar ? ( since it have better dmg )

Meybe u gonna use new Shield !?

    Dont use grym gear. The movement speed increase is "kind of" tempting so you can creep up faster with shield up, but that's pretty rare. Stal Tier 1 > everything else. =/

    now with the changes timeless t2> everything else, however what do you think of the new weapons and off hands from sharandar?? are they better that CN set or timeless set or timeless/brutal combo?

    stat wise and gain vs lose i think a DPS build with timeless and the CN set for weapons are the best option to continue with High DPS and also not to lose that much tankiness

    Timeless set is ok but not the best.

    It really depends on your build and end goal. If you want MAX damage than use mix match items. If you want maximum tanking mix/match items again. Blues have a ton of great itemization.

    Not done extensive testing but it would make sense if Scim was still superior to the Ancient set, cause it has been in pretty much every setup so far (PVE). But with the loss of STAL I'll be switching to CN gear cause I need that extra def and regen. For the same reason I'm aiming for the Feywild weapon set, which actually should be BiS anyway.

    On the test shard I end up with with 9k Power, 550 regen through cat & ancient (like STAL has), 25% crit (three timeless stacks) and 24% ArPen. You'll have to figure out what to do with the defensive slots and I went for def (3.5k)/deflect (~2k), cause HP doesn't contribute to DPS any longer. So I'm losing a bunch of HP and power in the process, but I feel it's the best I can do for now.

    And you can do slightly better, bc I play Wood Elf which is not the best race for GF to say the least.

    i will need to see the feywild sets to check which one will be best for hybrid build, and as you mention with the ancient set we hit most of all softcaps, and do not lose that much tankiness, even sacrifing crit/arpen/power, i was also thinkikng on removing HP and change it to deflect since one of the boons gives damage upon deflection, and another gives arcane damage (that i am still thinking if select it or the hp gain when you are hit).

    do you have pictures of the GF set for feywild? share them so we can discuss on which ones are better for the particular build :)
