Maelstrom Cloak bug or intended?

When i have the Maelstrom Cloak equipped my character starts making grunts and snarls every time i jump or use abilities. I'm not sure if this is really intended for equipping the cloak but i think its pretty cool for now.

    I'm only posting on this 20 day old thread cuz I can't make a new post . I have this bug too on my cloak as well. (Trickster Rogue if that matters)

    Same issue. Equipped the cloak and now the character sounds that way. unequipped the cloak and the bug continues.
