Retrieving Mail Items

Anyone else having problems retrieving attached items from the mail? I just bought a shirt off the AH for my buddy and I cant get it but yet I can collect others

    Are you going to the mail box in prospectors enclave? Or just at your little mail thing at the top.
    If you haven't gone to a mail box yet you should because that's the only way to retrieve items.

    I'm having the same issue. I was able to get some prof related items, but I can't get enchants or dyes out of the mail. They show in the attachments, the "take item" button is active, but nothing happens when I click on it. No error message is given, either.

    Yes, I'm at the courier and I've tried a mailbox as well. Still cannot get items. I purchased them (all of them, the ones I could and could not receive) through the Gateway, if that helps.

    Yea I have tried all mail boxes and the mail man but to no avail

    I figured it out - Inventory full. So we're both a little spacey today. heh.
